Cherith Janes
I started attending COS while I attended Calvin College, as many do. I graduated from Calvin College in 2007 with a degree in Geology, and in 2011 started regularly attending COS with my now-husband Dave Brondsema. COS has always felt like my home church and I was happy to be able to regularly attend again. I’ve been volunteering in the COS office for a few years, and have enjoyed helping with Girls Club this past year. I’m excited to be able to serve the Church as the Faith Formation Assistant and get to know more of the COS community. I enjoy spending time outdoors taking long hikes, birding, and gardening. I also enjoy painting and crafting of all sorts, especially knitting small critters for my nieces and nephews.
