“Darkness and depression have stalked me since I was five. Lent is the season to remember that God comes to us in our dark places. I find covering a black or grey surface with color helps my soul. For me a slash of color is a defiant and hopeful act: darkness will not overcome the Light.”

Artistic talent is NOT required. There will be samples and supplies, so anyone and any age can participate.
