Our Growing Young Team engages and learns from research being done at the Fuller Youth Institute. Fuller gives churches tools to help understand how best to enfold, encourage, and equip young people into the life of the church.
One of these tools is an online assessment that measures how we believe our church reflects the six core commitments of Growing Young. This survey can be taken on a computer, phone, or tablet. It takes about 5-10 minutes to complete.
This assessment will help us see what we are doing well, and what we could be doing better. It will also give voice and data to things that might, as of now, be merely perceived without clear articulation. Perhaps most importantly, the results of the assessment can help guide us in asking the right questions about the church’s culture and future.
