COS members are grouped within parishes geographically.
At Church of the Servant the goal of our parish care is to develop as disciples of Jesus. When we receive parish care, we experience Jesus’ love for us through the support of his brothers and sisters. When we provide parish care, we experience the empowerment of the Holy Spirit as we do the Lord’s work of reconciliation, healing, visiting, encouraging, providing benevolent financial assistance and nurturing community. Parish care is provided with each of the eight geographic districts (parishes) at Church of the Servant. Parish care is a mutual responsibility of all parish members and is led, coordinated, and promoted by an elder, a deacon and parish care partners assigned to the parish (the parish care team).
