The last gathering in a series of four events explaining Church of the Servant’s Generation to Generation capital campaign took place Sunday, Oct. 6. More than a third of adult professing members attended one of the events, along with many children. Attendees were welcomed with appetizers and live music in the café area. The program that followed included:

  • Improv comedy sketches based on the themes of the campaign, performed by COS members of River City Improv
  • An 8-minute video featuring Claudia Beversluis and Mark Muyskens
  • Campaign information and a challenge, presented by Tom McWhertor

Many thanks to the 12 musicians who shared their talents during the event series, and to the 13-member event planning team led by Carole VanderPols.

For those who didn’t attend a Gen2Gen event, information and downloadable campaign materials are available on our Gen2Gen web page. Please note that completed pledge forms are requested by Sunday, Nov. 3, 2013. All members are encouraged to participate!
